NEW BUILDING PROJECT: Studio Forsters & Partners

MATERIALS: technology packages for green roofs, gravels, steel.

The project has interested the area of a new business centre built in a peripheral area of the territory of San Marino. The building called “World Trade Center”, designed by Fosters & Partners of London is probably the most important architectural episode in the territory in recent years. The objective of the landscape intervention was to mitigate the impact of the building on the landscape and to create the right interaction between natural elements and hi-tech architecture. Particular care has been taken in the screening of the multi-storey car parks, with the green cover of the large tensile structure in steel cables and the creation of large completely hanging green areas.
