LOCATION: Republic of  San Marino

The intervention is spread over a 200 mq terrace located in the historic center of San Marino and opens onto a vast panorama that embraces the Marecchia valley and the Montefeltro. Rectangular volumes made of steel, wood and copper mark the space and outline the borders of the terrace, enhancing the wide panoramic view; the volumes are transformed into planters, seats, closets. To mitigate the summer heat, a pergola has been designed with a retractable curtain that frames the landscape.
